Formula Used
Intake (g/bird/day) = (Total Feed kg * 1000) / Cumulative Bird Days
Variables:
- Intake: Feed consumed in grams per bird per day
Worked Example:
(1500 kg * 1000) / 10000 bird days = 150g per bird per day.
Performance Benchmarks & Target Goals
Here are the performance thresholds: Standard: Compare with breed guidelines.
How This Calculation Works
Monitor feed usage to optimize supply chains. Calculate weekly.
Formula
The platform utilizes the following equation: $$\text{Intake (g/bird/day) = (Total Feed kg * 1000) / Bird Days}$$
Worked Example
(1500 * 1000) / 10000 = 150g.
