Variables:
- FCR: Feed Conversion Ratio
- Feed Consumed: Total feed eaten by flock in kg
- Live Weight: Total live biomass weight in kg
Worked Example:
1500 kg feed consumed / 1000 kg weight produced = 1.50 FCR.

FCR measures feed efficiency. A lower FCR indicates birds require less feed to gain weight, reducing overall batch expenses. Compute FCR weekly and at final harvest to audit production efficacy.
Formula
The platform utilizes the following equation: $$\text{FCR = Total Feed Consumed (kg) / Total Live Weight Produced (kg)}$$
Worked Example
If a flock consumes 1,500 kg of feed and yields 1,000 kg of body weight, FCR = 1,500 / 1,000 = 1.50.
